I infuse the tenants of mindfulness in all of my coaching sessions. Awareness makes the invisible visible, and when you change the way you look at things, the way you look at things will change. Using kindness, curiosity, and nonjudgment we will explore current habits to determine what behaviors are serving you and leading you in the direction of your goals and which could use more or less attention. You will learn to recognize, in the moment, what’s working and what’s not.

We make our habits or our habits make us. We spend 47% of our day lost in automated thought patterns, some of which may not serve us but are deeply ingrained into our behaviors and habits. I work with you to identify and create the habits that allow you to be your healthiest and happiest self.
